Committed.
We finish what we start and see the work through.
We are a father-and-son team who wanted to build something meaningful together. We love business, we are entrepreneurs at heart, and we have never been good at walking away from a worthwhile challenge.
BuildLogIQ began when those things came together.
Through our residential real estate investments, we got to know contractors across California, Arizona, and Texas. We saw the same problems everywhere. Knowledge lived with the owner. Margin disappeared inside weak handoffs. Good companies ran on heroic effort.
Then Ryan became a general contractor and started Tryangle, the residential construction company he owns and operates. Randall brought thirty years of experience across auditing, finance, insurance, and real estate.
Ryan fell into the same trap anyway. Answering questions himself was faster. Stepping in protected the customer. Each decision made sense on its own. Over time, those decisions built a company that increasingly depended on him.
A full-year review at Tryangle Construction, our proving ground, found that about 6% of finished, billable work was never billed. That's roughly $90K on a $1.5M year.
Not because anyone was careless, but because nothing in the system was built to catch it.
Tryangle is now BuildLogIQ's proving ground. Our ideas have to survive real customers and real consequences, not just sound good in a conference room.
We built BuildLogIQ so owner-led contractors would not have to learn these lessons the hard way or alone. What is often missing is not effort. It is a system strong enough to hold what the owner knows and people willing to share what works.
That's how you build a business worthy of the work you do.

We engineer the business behind them: the numbers, the handoffs, the routines, and the decisions that keep a growing company steady when you are not in the room.
That is why we are Business Engineers for Contractors.
It shows what is true, not what looks plumb. Our five traits are how we hold ourselves to that line.
We finish what we start and see the work through.
Every question and every recommendation has a purpose.
We report what the facts show, good and bad. We never promise results.
We stay grounded in how construction works and in your real records.
We leave you and your team more capable than we found you.
